Melanie Rice is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Johnson City since December 2021, Melanie has previously held significant positions including U.S. Human Resources Manager at Cha Technologies Group and Vice President and Director of Human Resources at TriSummit Bank. Melanie's career also includes vital contributions at T E C Industrial Maintenance & Construction and Danny Herman Trucking, Inc. with a focus on all aspects of human resources, benefits administration, contract development, and compliance with employment laws.
