Reese Davis serves as the Commander of the Special Investigation Division for the City of Killeen, Texas, overseeing multiple units, including Community Policing, Gun Violence, and Organized Crime, with a strength of 67 officers and support staff. Previously, Reese held the position of Criminal Investigation Division Commander, successfully implementing new programs and leading a division of 84 employees. As a Lieutenant in North Precinct Operations and later as the Patrol Division Commander following a department restructure, Reese demonstrated leadership and commitment to law enforcement. Reese began career as a Sergeant in the Gang unit, focusing on education and enforcement. Reese holds a Bachelor of Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and an Associate’s Degree from Central Texas College, along with graduation from the FBI National Academy in 2013.
