Rick Wade, FMP, SFP has extensive experience in facility and operations management within the sports and convention industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Stadium Manager for the Maryland Stadium Authority since February 2022, Rick previously held positions at the Baltimore Convention Center as Assistant Director of Facilities and Engineering and Operations Supervisor from October 2014 to February 2022. Prior experiences include Assistant Operations Manager at Boardwalk Hall and Stadium Operations Manager for the Bowie Baysox Baseball Club. Rick began their career as a Game Day Operations Volunteer for the Southern Ohio Copperheads. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Sport Sciences with a focus on Sports Industry and Facilities Management from Ohio University, completed in 2005, and foundational education at Wooster High School from 1998 to 2001.
