Tia Aguon

Tia Aguon is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Killeen, Texas since April 2024, Tia has previously held positions including Human Resources Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin and Human Resources Generalist II and Assistant at Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Tia began a career in human resources at Target as a Team Member from January 2013 to February 2018. Tia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Marketing from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, expected in 2024, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
