Angie Marshall

Angie Marshall has a diverse background in public service, with experience in law enforcement, records management, and municipal administration. Angie currently holds the title of Municipal Clerk/Deputy City Recorder at the City of Kingsport and received the MMC designation from IIMC in April 2017. Prior to their current role, Angie worked at the City of Oak Ridge as a Records Specialist/Crime Analyst/Grants Coordinator and the Oak Ridge Police Department as a Police Officer/Dispatcher. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from East Tennessee State University, Angie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their professional endeavors.
