Frank Light

Frank Light has been serving as an Investigator at East Tennessee State University since September 2022. Prior to this, Frank held the title of Lieutenant at the Kingsport Police Department and Sergeant/Crime Analyst at the City of Kingsport since July 1989. Frank Light also completed the FBI National Academy's 193rd Session in 1998.
