Keith Bruner Cbo

Keith Bruner CBO has a strong background in building and inspection work. Keith started their career in 1979 as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In 1990, they became the Public Works Director for the Town of Surgoinsville TN, where they served until 1997. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as the Building Official/Fire Marshal for the City of Church Hill, TN. In 1998, they joined the City of Kingsport and held various roles, including Master Building Inspector and Chief Building Official until present. Additionally, in 2015, they served as the President of the Tennessee Building Officials Association.

Keith Bruner CBO completed their high school education at Rogersville High School from 1975 to 1979, earning a High School Diploma. Along with this educational background, they obtained several certifications in the field of building inspection and fire inspection.
