Chrp Chantal Penrose

Chantal Penrose, CHRP, currently serves as a Learning and Development Associate at the City of Kingston since February 2022. Previously, Chantal spent four years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarington as a Volunteer Management & Administrative Coordinator, managing the volunteer program and handling various administrative duties. Past experience includes roles at the Town of Whitby as a Learning & Development Field Placement Student and at Durham College as a Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Student with a 5.0 GPA. In addition, Chantal has coordinated events and managed communications for organizations such as the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research and the United Way York Region. Chantal holds degrees in International Relations from Glendon Campus of York University and Keele University, a certificate in Event Marketing & Communications from Seneca Polytechnic, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College.
