Natalie Goss is an experienced policy and research manager currently serving as the Manager of Policy & Research for the City of Kitchener since September 2021. Previously, Goss held positions as Senior Policy Planner and Project Manager for the Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review at the City of Guelph from September 2018 to September 2021. Goss's career also includes roles as Senior Planner for the City of Kitchener, Policy Planner (Growth Management) for the City of Brampton, and Planner positions at MHBC and the City of White Rock, as well as experience with the Ontario Municipal Board. Goss holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
