Roslyn Lusk

Roslyn Lusk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Roads & Traffic at the City of Kitchener since September 2016, Roslyn previously held multiple leadership roles at the City of Waterloo, including Director of Transportation Services and Senior Project Engineer in Development Engineering. Roslyn's career began at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, where roles progressed from Project Engineer to Project Manager from June 1995 to January 2009. Additional experience includes serving as a Part-Time Instructor in Environmental Engineering Applications at Conestoga College and Project Manager for Water Resources at Totten Sims Hubicki Associates. Roslyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, graduating in 1995 with a focus on Environmental Engineering and Water Resources.
