Fred Gaston

Fred Gaston has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Fred started their career as a Management Trainee at Kroger and worked their way up to the role of Senior Human Resource Manager. During their time at Kroger, they handled various responsibilities such as managing labor relations, processing payments for employees, and maintaining records. Fred also held operations positions within the company. After their tenure at Kroger, Fred Gaston worked as a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Cracker Barrel. Following that, they joined SRS, Inc. as a Director of Human Resources, where they established the company's HR department and implemented various HR initiatives. Currently, Fred Gaston serves as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Lavergne.

From 1980 to 1984, Fred Gaston attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History.
