Debra Rose

Debra Rose has served in various capacities within the City of Lake Forest, California, since November 2000, currently holding the position of City Manager. Previous roles at the city include Interim City Manager, Assistant City Manager/Director of Economic Development and Community Preservation, Deputy City Manager/Director of Management Services, and Director of Management Services. Prior to this, Debra Rose worked as a Senior Administrative Analyst and Administrative Analyst for the City of Garden Grove from August 1995 to November 2000. Debra Rose holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from UCLA.
