Erica Rooney

Erica Rooney is experienced in civil engineering and public works management. With a background working for various municipalities including the City of Lake Oswego, City of Beaverton, City of Portland, City of Ventura, and County of Santa Barbara, Erica has held roles such as Public Works Director, City Engineer, Assistant City Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineering Program Manager. Their responsibilities have included overseeing budgets, managing staff, and leading infrastructure projects in transportation, water, sewer, stormwater, and traffic engineering. Erica holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho.
