Bryan Riley

Bryan Riley currently serves as an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency since August 2023. With extensive experience in health benefits management, Bryan has been the Health Benefits Coordinator for the City of Lakeland since March 2003, overseeing a Self Funded Health Plan for 4,800 lives and a budget exceeding $22 million annually. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Analyst at Humana Military Health Systems, providing cost analysis for Tricare in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, and as Comptroller/Finance Director at the U.S. Naval Hospital, managing a $20 million budget for multiple medical clinics in Japan. Bryan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Government from the University of Maryland.
