Michael Livingston

Michael Livingston currently serves as Capital Manager of Construction for the City of Lancaster since May 2017 and is a Board Member for SUNDALE MUTUAL WATER CO since February 2022. Previous experience includes a Project Manager role at the City of Palmdale from September 2006 to May 2017, and as an Estimator/Project Manager with Granite Construction from January 2000 to September 2006. Earlier in their career, Michael Livingston worked as a Construction Technician at Onslow Construction Company from January 1994 to January 2000 and as a Field Engineer at Danis Building Construction Company from June 1993 to August 1994. Michael Livingston earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University between 1996 and 1999 and studied General Education with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 1994 to 1996.
