Trolis Niebla

Trolis Niebla has extensive experience in municipal management and civil engineering, currently serving as City Manager for the City of Lancaster since August 2016, previously holding positions as Assistant City Manager and City Engineer. Prior employment includes roles at the City of Santa Clarita, where Trolis progressed from Assistant Engineer to Senior Engineer between February 2005 and July 2016, and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works as a Senior Civil Engineering Assistant from August 2001 to January 2005. Trolis began the career at MACTEC as a Junior Engineer in early 2000. Trolis Niebla holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering, both from UCLA.
