Chrystal Morris Harry

Chrystal Morris Harry, MBA, SPHR, JCTC, JCDC, serves as the Organizational Development and Training Manager for the City of Las Vegas since November 2011, demonstrating expertise in directing initiatives that enhance organizational performance and leadership development. In prior roles, Chrystal managed human resource programs for over 3600 employees, established EEO/AAP goals, and contributed as an adjunct instructor at multiple educational institutions. Currently, Chrystal is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of JBM Strategic Partners, focusing on capacity building and organizational development, while also serving as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Gateway Community College. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, and certifications in Job and Career Development Coaching.
