Joseph Gray has over 23 years of experience working in the fire department. Joseph began their career at the Little Rock Fire Department in 1987 as a Captain, where they served for over 23 years. In 2010, they transitioned to the City of Little Rock and took on the role of Chief Fire Marshal. In this position, they were responsible for fire safety education, investigating fires and explosions, and ensuring code compliance for night clubs and commercial businesses in the city. Joseph prioritized the safety and welfare of the citizens of Little Rock throughout their career.
