Brian Halvorson

Brian Halvorson is an experienced planning professional with over two decades of expertise in urban and regional planning. Currently serving as Planning Manager and previously as Principal Planner with the City of Lompoc since November 2016, Brian has a solid background in municipal planning, having worked as Planner I/II/III for the City of Santa Maria from June 2000 to November 2016. Brian holds a Master's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, as well as dual Bachelor's Degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from UC Santa Barbara.
