Kelsea Nagamatsu

Kelsea Nagamatsu is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager for the City of London, Canada, since January 2022, Kelsea leads the corporate accounting unit and contributes to year-end processes and financial reporting. Previous roles include Financial Officer at Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, where Kelsea created operating budgets and oversaw expenditures, and Tolling Financial Consultant at the Washington State Department of Transportation, responsible for preparing annual financial reports and leading audits.
