Jane Hermsen is currently working as a Bureau Manager for SERRF Electric Generation at the City of Long Beach. Jane's previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineering Associate at the same company. Prior to that, Jane worked as an Engineer II and Engineer I at Southwest Gas Corporation, as well as a Design Engineer at Southland Industries. Jane also has experience as a Designer at R.W. Sullivan Engineering and as a Product Development Specialist at Staples. Jane obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University after graduating from The Bronx High School of Science. Jane also interned at the Museum of Science, Boston.
