Harold Dominguez

Harold Dominguez is an experienced city manager currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Longmont since April 2012. Prior to this role, Harold held the position of City Manager and Assistant City Manager for the City of San Angelo from 2003 to 2012 and worked as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Lubbock from 2000 to 2003. Harold holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in City Management from Texas Tech University, completed in 1997, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution, earned in 1995. Education was completed with a High School Diploma from Sundown High School in 1991.
