Robert Holt

Robert Holt possesses extensive experience in urban planning and geographic information systems, currently serving as Supervising Planner for the City of Fresno since November 2019 and as a Geographic Information Systems Technician for the City of Madera since January 2023. Previous roles include Planner III and Assistant Planner at the City of Madera, where Robert managed various planning entitlements and led GIS initiatives across departments. Additional experience includes working as an Engineering Technician and Research Assistant, contributing to significant projects related to GIS data management for local government and Caltrans. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Minor in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge.
