Julie Santia

Julie Santia is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of Malibu since November 2021. Prior to this role, Julie worked as an Associate Engineer for the City of Ventura from September 2000 to October 2021 and as an Engineering Associate for the County of Santa Barbara from June 1999 to September 2000. Julie began a career in engineering as a Staff Engineer at Harding Lawson Associates from December 1997 to June 1999, and earlier worked as a Payroll Bookkeeper at Advanced Painting from 1994 to 1997, as well as a Professional Burrito Roller at Amiga's Burritos from 1991 to 1994. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University.
