Errol Tate

Errol Tate currently serves as the Director of Public Works for the City of Manchester, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Errol Tate worked as the Senior Public Works-Parks Manager for the City of University City, Missouri, from September 2008 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing Operations Divisions and overseeing federally funded capital projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Public Works Manager and Public Works Project Manager, as well as Assistant Manager at Walgreens and Project Engineer at Legacy Building Group. Errol Tate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Design from Southeast Missouri State University and a high school diploma in Architecture from Gateway Institute of Technology.
