Brian Coatney

Brian Coatney currently serves as the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Mansfield, Texas Municipal Government since October 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Park Operations Manager within the same city from 2003 to 2022, and served as Park Services Supervisor before that. Brian began a career in parks and recreation as Parks and Recreation Foreman for the City of Dumas from 1996 to 2003. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce (2013) and two Associate degrees in Business and Management from Tarrant County College (2011).
