Troy Lestina

Troy Lestina is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in municipal government. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager and Chief Financial Officer for the City of Mansfield, Texas Municipal Government since December 2020, Troy Lestina previously held the position of Director of Finance for the City of Cleburne from April 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, Troy Lestina was the Assistant Business Director for The City of Mansfield from May 2007 to March 2019. Earlier professional roles include Senior Staff Accountant positions at Trinity Industries and Trammell Crow Company. Troy Lestina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas State University and has completed the Texas Certified Public Manager® Program and the ICMA - High Performance Leadership Academy.
