Krista Guzman

Krista Guzman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Krista is currently working as a Human Resources Director for the City of Maple Grove, Minnesota since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager for the City of Richfield from 2020 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2020, Krista worked at the City of Minneapolis, where they held multiple roles including Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (Manager) and Human Resource Consultant.
