Oscar Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez has extensive experience in emergency services and training, currently serving as Training Chief and Training Officer for the City of Margate since February 2020. Rodriguez has been a Fire Captain at the City of Margate Fire Department since January 2003 and also holds the position of Rescue Squad Officer with FEMA USAR FLTF-2 since August 2005. Additionally, Rodriguez has contributed to academia as Core Faculty at the University of Miami from November 2006 to January 2024. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services from Columbia Southern University and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
