Tim Horton

Tim Horton serves as the Interim Preacher at Morganton Church of Christ since January 2023, while also holding a position as Wastewater Superintendent and previously Wastewater Lab Technician for the City of Marion, NC since May 2018. From May 2000 to February 2020, Tim worked as a Lab Technician at Genova Diagnostics, specializing in non-standard medical analysis using advanced instrumentation. Tim's military background includes serving as Commander of the 916th Communications Squadron in the Air Force Reserve from April 2003 to July 2011, overseeing personnel management, training, and operations. Prior experience includes directing a wastewater lab as Chemist/Lab Supervisor for the City of Wilson-Water Reclamation for seven years. Tim holds a Preaching Certificate in Bible/Biblical Studies from Tri-Cities School of Preaching and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Alabama.
