Emily Morgan, MPA, is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in municipal and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Marysville, WA since May 2022, Emily previously held positions including Planner II in a remote capacity for Chelan County Community Development and Senior Planner for the City of Anacortes. Additional roles include Associate Planner and various planning positions at Chelan County Community Development, showcasing a progression from Assistant Planner to Planner II.
