Perry Buffington Sphr

Perry Buffington, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work history in human resources. Perry began their career at USG in 1985, working as an Employment Supervisor before becoming a Human Resources Manager. Perry then moved on to Electrolux Major Appliances, where they served as a Benefits Manager. After that, Perry joined IMI Cornelius as a Human Resources Manager and worked there for ten years. Perry then transitioned to Holcim as a Human Resources Manager before joining the City of Rochester, MN as the Benefits and Safety Administrator. Most recently, Perry has been the Director of Human Resources at the City of Mason City since 2012.
