Ann Mitchell

Ann Mitchell is a highly experienced and accomplished City Manager, PHD Candidate, and Owner of Mitchell's Consulting. With over 25 years of public sector experience, Ann has held various CAO positions in different municipalities. Ann is a certified workplace investigator and professional coach, with a strong background in management and government. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Master in Municipal Leadership, and a Diploma in Municipal Management. Mitchell is currently pursuing their PHD at the University of Victoria.
