Joe Kovarik

Joe Kovarik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fire protection, emergency medicine, and business management. Since January 2012, Joe has served as a Fire Lieutenant and EMT for the City of Medina, focusing on fire suppression and emergency medical services. Concurrently, Joe holds the position of Business Unit Manager at Ridge Tool Company, overseeing CNC, pressing, and assembly operations since June 1993, following roles as Production Planner and Materials Manager. Joe's career also includes a notable tenure at Mantua Shalersville Fire Department, from March 1994 until retirement in March 2024. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Baldwin Wallace University, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lorain County Community College.
