Jeff Armstrong

Jeff Armstrong, AICP has extensive work experience in urban planning and development. In 1992, they started their career as a Project Planner at the City of Manhattan, Kansas. One year later, they joined the City of Abilene, Texas, where they served as the Development Services Administrator for 14 years, until 2007. In 2018, Jeff joined the City of Mesquite as the Director of Planning and Development, a role they currently hold.

Jeff Armstrong, AICP obtained a Master's Degree in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University, which was completed in 1993.
