Thomas Fry Mpa

Thomas Fry, MPA, currently serves as a System Analyst for the City of Mesquite since November 2022. Previously, Thomas held positions at Concentra from April 2017 to November 2022, including Team Lead in Consumer Health and Referral Management Coordinator for Specialist Referrals in the South East Region. Thomas’s experience also includes serving as Senior Project Manager for the City of Royse City from May 2013 to September 2016 and as Crime Analyst for the City of Rockwall from April 2005 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, Thomas interned in the City Manager's Office and Planning and Zoning in Rockwall, worked as a Teaching/Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, and held positions in document validation and testing at Fujitsu Network Communications and as a Sales Associate at Kmart. Thomas earned a Master's degree in Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Texas at Dallas.
