Troy Bradley, MPA, CLRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Troy is currently the Human Resources Director at the City of Midwest City, a position they started in August 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Dell EMC in various technical roles, including Engineer 2, Product Technologist and Solutions Engineer. In these positions, they specialized in scoping, sizing, and configuring complex enterprise solutions and received high ratings from peers. Troy also served as a team liaison to specific sales teams and was a member of the Emergency Response Team, certified in First Aid and CPR. Before Dell EMC, Troy worked at Oklahoma County as the Human Resources Manager and HR/Payroll Coordinator from 2013 to 2017. Their earlier experience includes being an Executive Assistant at Kneaders Bakery Riverwoods and an Assistant Freight Crew Chief at Maceys Supermarket.

Troy Bradley holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Southern California, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from Utah Valley University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2001, Troy obtained their high school diploma from Clearfield High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR/First Aid from the American Heart Association in September 2015, and as a Certified Labor Relations Professional from the National PELRA in November 2019.
