Laurel Brock

Laurel Brock holds extensive experience in finance and city management, currently serving as the Deputy City Manager and Finance Director for the City of Mill Creek, Washington, since December 2020. Prior to this role, Laurel worked in various financial positions for the City of Ottawa, Kansas, including Assistant Director of Finance and Acting Finance Director, from September 2016 to November 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Loans Specialist and Investment Management Analyst at State Street, as well as Financial Investments Specialist at Northwestern Mutual. Laurel Brock earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Ottawa University and holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Professional Accounting from Seattle University.
