Todd Cusimano

City Manager at City of Mill Valley

Todd Cusimano is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as City Manager for the City of Mill Valley since September 2022 and as Town Manager for the Town of Corte Madera since October 2016, overseeing day-to-day administration of Town government. Prior to these roles, Todd served as Police Chief for the Central Marin Police Authority from January 2013 to September 2016 and for the Twin Cities Police Authority from May 1994 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing the administrative operations of the Police Authority. Todd is also a member of the Twin Cities Coalition for Healthy Youth since 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Kaplan University, along with additional studies at California State University-Sacramento and Santa Rosa Junior College.
