Myvan Khuu-Seeman

Myvan Khuu-Seeman is an accomplished Senior Administrative Analyst with extensive experience in municipal administration. Currently serving the City of Milpitas since March 2020, Myvan previously held similar roles with the City of Newark, California from July 2014 to March 2020, and the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara from May 2011 to July 2014. Myvan's earlier career includes positions at the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, the Office of Councilmember Madison Nguyen, and the East Bay Community Law Center. Myvan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Art History from the University of California, Berkeley.
