Jeremy Lundborg has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jeremy began their career as a Sales/Retail and Mechanic at Get Your Gear, where they worked in a local bike shop throughout high school and college breaks. Their responsibilities included bike maintenance, sales, and customer service.
In 2009, Jeremy worked as a Parts/Assembly staff at By The Yard Inc. Jeremy was involved in the assembly and production of parts.
In 2011, they joined the City of St. Paul - Department of Parks and Recreation as a Research Intern. Jeremy conducted a field study analyzing the role of recreation centers in the lives of young people. Jeremy conducted interviews, analyzed data, and formatted presentations.
Continuing their career in youth programming, Jeremy joined Plymouth Christian Youth Center in 2011. Jeremy worked as an After School Program Facilitator and also served as a Choice Information and Support Services Representative. In 2016, they became the OST Program Manager, supervising staff, youth workers, and volunteers. Jeremy later became the OST Sr. Program Coordinator, responsible for maintaining records, coordinating transportation, and managing field trips. Jeremy also served as an Alternative High School Long-Term Substitute, teaching Biology to high school students and providing individualized support.
In 2017, Jeremy joined the City of Minneapolis as the BUILD Leaders Program Manager. Jeremy facilitated the program aimed at developing leadership skills in youth. Jeremy later served as the Step Up Program Operations Manager, leading operations and managing the program. Currently, they hold the position of Minneapolis Guaranteed Basic Income Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a basic income project.
Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated their passion for youth development and community engagement, taking on various roles and responsibilities in program management, teaching, and research.
Jeremy Lundborg obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Jeremy also has additional certifications, including CRM Boot Camp for Dynamics 365, which they obtained in April 2018 from PowerObjects, An HCL Technologies Company. Jeremy has another certification as a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor, but the institution, exact date, and month of obtaining this certification are not specified.
