Kevin Lutz

Kevin Lutz has extensive work experience in project management and technology consulting. Kevin started their career in 1991 at the Dakota County Employment and Training Center, where they worked in the Technology Job Development Dislocated Worker Program until 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they worked at Holten White and Associates as an Account Manager and Project Manager. Kevin then served as the Executive Director (Interim) at the Minnesota Software Association from 1996 to 1997. Kevin joined Userview in 1997 as an Account Manager and Project Manager until 1999. In 2000, they joined BizNet Internet Services, where they worked in Technology Consulting and Project Management until 2005. Kevin then worked at Avtex as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2007. Their most recent role was as a Project Manager at the City of Minneapolis, starting in 2007.

Kevin Lutz possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science-Secondary Education from Saint John's University. Additionally, they hold a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification, which was acquired from Prosci in June 2019.
