Ryan N.

Ryan N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan started their career as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in February 2008 and held this role until November 2011. During this time, they built strong relationships with clients and was trusted to handle complicated transactions.

From November 2011 to April 2018, Ryan worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in various roles. Ryan started as a Loan Document Specialist 5, where they were responsible for reviewing initial loan applications and ensuring compliance with lending requirements. Ryan also played a key role in achieving high loan funding figures during a busy refinance market in 2012. In March 2016, Ryan transitioned to an Underwriter position, further expanding their knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry.

In May 2018, Ryan joined TCF Home Loans as a Quality Control Analyst. In this role, they conducted audits for loans prior to and after they were closed to ensure no quality errors that would affect their salability in the secondary markets. Ryan also communicated with associated parties to cure any errors found, ensuring the loans were sellable.
