CPPW Project Specialist at City of Minneapolis

Sarah Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Sarah began their career as a Special Education Teacher at St. Louis Public Schools, Roosevelt High School from September 2003 to June 2006. Following this, they joined Teach for America as a Corp Member from July 2003 to June 2005. Sarah then worked as a Research Assistant at The Prevention Research Center of Michigan from October 2006 to August 2008, where they assisted researchers, wrote a violence prevention curriculum, and presented at a conference. From November 2008 to July 2010, they served as a Community Health Specialist at the Regional Center for Healthy Communities (Metrowest). Currently, Sarah is working as a CPPW Project Specialist at the City of Minneapolis since August 2010.

Sarah Stewart completed their education history by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. Sarah then pursued a Master of Education degree in Special Education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2003 to 2006. Finally, they obtained a Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2008.
