Dalton Johnson

Dalton Johnson, MPA, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resource Generalist for the City of Missoula, where effective collaboration and strategic analytical reporting are key responsibilities. With prior experience as a Human Resources Generalist for the State of Montana and leadership roles such as the Commissioner of the Montana State Library, Dalton has demonstrated a commitment to public service and organizational development. Contributions to various organizations, including pandemic response efforts for the Missoula City-County Health Department and student engagement initiatives at the University of Montana, showcase an ability to manage sensitive information and build strong relationships. Dalton holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Technology.
