Julie Sams

Julie Sams currently serves as a City Council Member for the City of Monroe, Georgia, since January 2024. With a strong background in logistics and operations, Julie has held positions in Pratt Industries' Recycling Division since March 2020 and was previously an Operations Supervisor at Cardinal Logistics from June 2013 to March 2020. Earlier career roles include Branch Manager at Cargo Master LLC and Sales Representative/Team Leader at CrossRoad Carriers. Julie started in the industry with a Dispatch role at Morgan Southern, Inc. Julie is a graduate of Georgia State University, with education completed between 1997 and 2000.
