Tim Helms

Tim Helms possesses extensive experience in equipment management and customer relations. Currently serving as WR/EIM at the City of Monroe, NC since January 2015, Tim previously held the position of Territory Manager at Carolina Industrial Trucks, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2013, managing all facets of customer interactions. Additionally, Tim worked as Fleet Manager at Comunication Services from February 2007 to June 2008, overseeing a fleet of over 400 pieces of equipment and managing quarterly IFTA reports. Tim's educational background includes a Gold Level Certification in CRC from SPCC in Monroe, NC, and a certification in Mechatronics from South Piedmont Community College.
