Louise Leroux

Louise Leroux, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Louise has served as the Director of Relations with Citizens, Communications, Admin Services, and the Registry at Ville Montréal - Arrondissement Pierrefonds Roxboro since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach - Leader/Mentor/Evaluator at Coaching de Gestion in 2019. From 2011, Louise has been involved in voluntary work as a Business Coach and Consultant at Fondation Montréal Inc. Louise has also worked as a Management and Business Development Consultant, Certified Trainer, and Professional and Certified Coach at Consulting Services from 2019 until June 2023. Louise held the position of General Manager at SEOM - Syndicat de l'Enseignement de l'Ouest de Montréal from October 2020 to September 2022. Louise served as the President and General Manager of Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Laval from June 2018 to June 2019. Louise has lectured in Management at HEC Montreal from January 2013 to July 2018. Additionally, they have been a Certified Trainer at Polytechnique Montréal since September 2014, where they offered French training courses focused on improving interpersonal skills, team management through coaching, and optimizing team performance. Louise Leroux, M.B.A. has a diverse education history. Louise completed a P.C.C. Coaching Certification program at Coaching de Gestion, specializing in Professional Business Coaching. Louise obtained their M.B.A. degree from HEC Montréal in 1999, focusing on Business Administration. Prior to that, they earned a B.B.A. degree from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal) in 1996, with a specialization in Marketing, Human Resources, and Administration. Additionally, Louise completed 60 credits in Art History at UQAM. Louise also holds several certifications, including being a Certified Partner in the Coaching Ourselves Program and a PCC Markers Training - Assessor from the International Coaching Federation. Louise obtained their CRHA certification (Conseillère en ressources humaines agréée) from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in 2018. Furthermore, they are an Authorized Trainer recognized by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (Québec). Finally, Louise is a Certified and Professional Coach P.C.C. accredited by the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in December 2014.
