Susan Jones

Susan Jones, SPHR, SHRM-SPC, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Mount Airy, North Carolina, since February 2021. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Human Resources Manager at Modern Automotive Network from February 2020 to February 2021. Susan's extensive career in HR began at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, where various roles were undertaken from May 2002 to February 2020, including HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR/Marketing Support Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Call Center Team Leader, Call Center Representative, and Teller. Susan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2015 and 2018.
