Molly Rattigan

Molly Rattigan currently serves as Deputy City Manager and previously held the role of Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Napa since April 2021. Prior to this position, Molly accumulated extensive experience at the County of Napa from October 2006 to April 2021, serving as Deputy County Executive Officer, Principal Management Analyst, and Senior Management Analyst. Molly Rattigan holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sonoma State University, completed from 1998 to 2002.
